- For your booking to be binding, we kindly ask you to pay a confirmation deposit of 30% of the total amount booked within 8 days of booking.
- Soft drinks, aperitifs, and snack buffet, daily from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Or you can visit the Trust Bar with select drinks for self-service. - In terms of environmental protection, we want to make our contribution every day. If you need bath slippers, they are available on request at the reception.

- Your room will be available after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., please let us know by phone.
- La vostra suite o il vostro appartamento sono a disposizione fino alle 11 del giorno della partenza. Su richiesta, è anche possibile il late check-out, per il quale applichiamo un supplemento di 50,00 € a persona.
- Our breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Well-behaved four-legged friends are very welcome upon request. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the breakfast room or wellness area. We charge a daily rate of 20€ for pets that weight less than 10 Kg, for pets that weight over 10 Kg we charge 35€ per day.
- Ski rental
Ski equipment can be rent at “K&K Sports” or "SportHans" at the cable car Seiser Alm, you receive -20% discount when reservate it online.
Ski pass
It is possible to order the ski pass in advance; it will be given to you at check-in. Please indicate the La Paula Apartments & Suites in the “Pick-up” field.

Cross-country skiing pass
This can be purchased from the trail supervisor in Ritsch. - From 0 to 2.99 years, children stay with us free of charge. From 3 to 6.99 years, we offer a 70% discount, and from 7 to 11.99 years, a 50% discount. Children above 12 years and each additional adult receive a 30% discount. The children’s discount is valid with two full-paying adults.
- The entire building is a non-smoking zone. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and terrace. We kindly ask you to observe this.
- The local tax is €3.50 per person per day (children under 14 years excluded). This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.
- Just in case things don’t go as planned and you would like to cancel your stay with us, you can take out travel cancellation insurance here as a precaution.
Should you need to cancel the holiday you have already booked with us, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
- Up to 21 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged, up to 14 days before arrival 50%, and up to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show or early departure, 90% of the unused services will be charged. Unused services on site will not be refunded.
- Did you forget something at the hotel? We recommend the "Found & Send" service offered by Insam Express, with which forgotten items can be delivered quickly and easily. For more information please contact the reception.
- The wellness area is open for your use from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Massages and body treatments can be booked at the reception.
- Cash payments are possible up to max. 4.999,99 €. Other payment methods: EC card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
